St. Louis is favored by 4 1/2 points this week. Bettors are predicting a low-scoring affair between these two teams; the over/under is set at 41 1/2 points, according to Odds Shark. Most of the experts are picking the Rams to win this one too, despite the Cardinals' offseason addition of quarterback Carson Palmer.

Arizona and St. Louis have opened the season against each other 12 times. The Cardinals have won seven of those games. The last Week 1 meeting came in 2010, Sam Bradford's rookie season, and the Cardinals won that 17-13. The Rams are 6-4 when they open the season in St. Louis.
