The Rams have added two new rookies to the team, per the Post-Dispatch's Jim Thomas: S Rashard Hall out of Clemson and WR Demetrius Fields, a Northwestern product.

The Hall signing is pretty eye-opening in that it's a 3-year contract for a UDFA. That's some tenure to sink into someone who didn't warrant a draft selection...unlike Rok Watkins who was taken in the 5th round of the 2012 NFL Draft and has already been released by the team today.
In any case, it's at a minimum depth for two of the shallowest positions on the entire roster. Of course, there's always a need to beef up special teams.
We'll keep an eye on both of these throughout camp to see where they settle in.
