It's been pretty quiet on the free agent front for the Rams, at least if you are talking about adding players. That should all change shortly. Hopefully, this is just the first of many players rejoining the team- Jim Thomas is reporting that Jermelle Cudjo has inked a new two year deal with the Rams:
DT Jermelle Cudjo, who has been scheduled for restricted free agency Tuesday, has signed a two-year deal w/Rams.

Cudjo has been a situational defensive lineman since the previous 'four pillars' regime brought him in. He didn't have the impact of say, William Hayes, but he has been a fixture in the Rams rotation and that looks to continue with his new contract.
He has some decent pass rushing skills and is young enough that he could still continue to improve. For reference, he had a -2.9 grade from PFF.
Cudjo had 21 tackles, 1 sack and 2 tackles for a loss last year coming off the bench last year.
