The Lloyd Breakout Factor - a term coined by PFF - is to "identify unheralded players that could be the next breakout wide receiver using key metrics." The short list for 2013 contains only four players. One of those is a St. Louis Ram. Guess which one.

2012 Football Outsider Awards

Much like Pro Bowl selections, many of the postseason NFL Awards fail to mention any St. Louis Rams players. Football Outsiders has their own list of awards which do include many current [and former] Rams players. Titus Young’s in there…but it’s not a good thing. I can’t imagine he’s not. Percy Harvin is one of the most electrifying players in football…when healthy. "Ifs," in the NFL, can be very risky. But if he’s able to stay on the field, a 3rd round pick would be considered a steal. Here’s a short list of teams that should be interested in Harvin. You know who’s on this list, don’t you? Expect a bidding war for Harvin, who should be one of the most sought after players in Free Agency this offseason.

Just a friendly reminder; Titus Young is still affiliated with the Rams organization. And though he’s gone from Detroit, the fans their [which clearly aren’t his] continue to spit venom. You’ve probably heard all of this before, but words like ‘cancer’ and ‘toxic’ seem to follow headlines where he’s mentioned. He sounds like a player who wants to prove the nay-sayers wrong. He may not be Calvin Johnson, but if he can be productive for the Rams in 2013, he should give Lions fans even more reason to dislike him.
