It's been more than a week since the St. Louis Rams last played a football game. That's just too long, if you ask us. The flip side is that there's now less than a week until the Rams host the Chicago Bears in Week 12.
That game will be on Fox. The network is sending it's second-rated -- which is vastly different than being second rate -- to broadcast the game. Kenny Albert, Daryl Johnston and Tony Siragusa will be in the Edward Jones Dome calling the play-by-play, color commentary and sideline reporting.
Just how far have the Rams come since then? Well, they had Fox's No. 6 broadcast crew in town for the season opener. Maybe that had something to do with the Cardinals and not the first round of the battle for the NFC West basement.
The Rams are slight favorites over the Bears, by one point. A win would move their record to 5-6, keeping them in the running for an NFC Wild card bid. It's a longshot, but stranger things have happened.
The game starts at 1:00 p.m. Eastern. Plan accordingly.
