Sniff. We're nearing the end. Just five bowl games left and two of them aren't the most electrifying matchups...tonight's Oregon-Kansas St. Fiesta Bowl promises points and NFL prospects.

Well, I'll promise you won't get bored watching this one. The 2nd and 8th-best scoring outfits in college football, there should be around 10 touchdowns or so tonight. As for scouting, both teams are about 10 prospects deep, though Oregon's are a bit more intriguing.

The Ducks have the best prospect in the game in edge rusher Dion Jordan (who, incidentally, was mocked to the Rams this week by Rotoworld's Josh Norris). The most interesting scenario for the Rams in April, though, could be the opportunity to reunite Chris Long with his younger brother, Kyle. A former baseball stud prospect, Kyle was a pretty heavy partier and after a DUI in 2009 (and his subsequent departure from Florida St.), he ended up committing to football and working his way onto the Ducks' squad. Both Howie and Chris have said in the past that Kyle was the most gifted athlete in the family. Yikes. Oregon offers plenty of speed on offense as well with RB Kenjon Barner and true sophomore De'Anthony Thomas, who is as fast as anyone you'll see in the game.

On the other side, Collin Klein will get the headlines...and the scouts won't care. He's not an NFL QB. And he's not an NFL WR. He's just not an NFL player. Sorry. But there is another brother of an NFL player that Rams fans need to scope: OLB Arthur Brown, brother of now Philadelphia Eagle Bryce Brown. He'll be gone by the end of round 2, so the Rams need to get a good look at him if they want to pay that steep of a price for a third linebacker.

Bang it out here for the game tonight. Fireworks will be supplied.
