The St. Louis Rams suffered another injury to their offensive line in Sunday's game against the Detroit Lions. Left tackle Rodger Saffold was carted off the field with what looked to be a head or neck injury.

Saffold was engaged with a blocker. As the two moved backwards, Saffold's head went into the pads of another player, sending him crashing to the ground almost limp. He laid there for awhile before coaches and trainers loaded him onto a cart with restraints and took him off the field.

The injury happened on the same play that Sam Bradford connected with Brandon Gibson for a touchdown, the Rams' first offensive touchdown of the game, to put them on top by a score of 20-13. Detroit tied it on the next series.

Watch Bradford's amazing throw here and Gibson's excellent anticipation of where the ball was coming. It was a great play for the offense, which had been struggling.
