Random Ramsdom 8/8: Robert Quinn impresses, the Jets are falling apart, and can T.O. still be good?

Ramsdom2_medium
Good morning! Yesterday, Turf Show Times had our first social media event with a meet-up at training camp. Ryan and I hung out with some of our great fans and had the pleasure of talking to Kevin Demoff and Les Snead after practice ended. I won't go too much into it, as I'm sure Ryan will have an update later today, but I will say this....Les Snead's hair is more glorious than could be imagined!

On to the links!

Robert Quinn is dominating camp

Brain Burwell has an update on how well Robert Quinn is doing thus far. He is unstoppable. He is a dominate force, that is constantly living in the backfield. On thing that needs to be noted though is that the talent Robert Quinn is facing isn't exactly top notch. Roger Saffold isn't even practicing, so Quinn is mostly beating up 2nd and 3rd string guys. It would be a disappointment if he wasn't having a killer camp. Nevertheless, Quinn looks poised to have a huge year.

BREAKING NEWS: Having a QB Coach is a good thing

No one is happier to have Frank Cignetti in camp than Sam Bradford. The Rams new QB coach is able to pay attention to details that Bradford said Josh McDaniels "threw aside" due to his massive workload.

"I think it was just a lot for Josh to handle," Bradford said after Cignetti was hired. "Sometimes some of the little things such as drops, footwork, throwing mechanics kind of got put aside."

With Cignetti on board, I highly doubt these key things will be ignored.

What's a "good" year for Sam Bradford?

Presented without comment, the New York Jets are falling apart

How good is T.O. at 37?

When the Seahawks announced the signing of T.O., most were concerned with his personality, as they should, but not many asked the question, is he still good? At his last workout, T.O. reportedly ran a 4.45 and he was running "crisp routes" according to teammates. T.O. takes great care of his body and is one of the most talented players to ever play. He can still play at a high level, even with his age. It all comes down to T.O. in that locker room. All I can say is, "Get you're popcorn ready!", it's going to be fun to watch.

That's all for today. Have a good one and GO RAMS!!
