St. Louis Rams running back Isaiah Pead was one of three players from the team in Los Angeles this spring for the NFLPA's Rookie Premiere Event. SB Nation was also on the scene, with cameras, and our own Dan Rubenstein sat down to talk with Pead about football and the jump from college to the NFL.
Pead also gives a shout out to Turf Show Times in the opener of the video ... though he might have been wondering at the time where in the hell we got that name for a web site.

I had the chance to talk to Pead in NYC the night before the draft and again when the Rams' rookies went to Joplin last month. He's one of the most good natured athletes I've ever interviewed.
He also did some freestyle rapping with Giants running back David Wilson at the event, which you can see in the video below. Probably good he's a football player rather than a rapper.
