2013 NFL Draft - ACC Prospecting

Personally, I think the Rams should just cut Sam Bradford and draft Virginia QB Michael Rocco. That's a foolproof plan if I've ever had one.

On Friday, I re-capped the ACC program previews I've been dropping at Mocking the Draft.

If you're looking for a list of names, this spreadsheet has every prospect I've identified for the draft. Understandably, it's a bit long (111 names in all), but there are individual sheets for each program if you're looking for data that's a bit easier to parse.

The senior class isn't bad, though it's not spectacular either. The Rams could well find themselves staffing an OLB position or two with a rookie out of the ACC. Looking through the full list, that could be from either the senior or junior OLB class. In fact, the whole junior class is stacked with premium defensive prospects; DE, OLB and of course cornerback all are positions of strength.

Conversely, offensive line positions, defensive tackles and wideouts all leave much to be desired. With a Miami program in stark decline, that's more or less to be expected.

I know some of you have been keeping up with the program previews. What prospects am I undervaluing? What games/matchups are you most interested in? And even for those of you who haven't been stopping by MTD, what names are you looking forward to this year (besides Sammy Watkins...)?

Holler.
