Just like that Sunday's practice is old news for the St. Louis Rams. Monday, they continue training camp, inching ever closer to putting on pads (day four), Saturday's scrimmage and, eventually, the regular season. Details on Monday's practice, how to follow the action and more can be found after the jump.

Practice starts at 3:30 p.m. at the ContinuityX Training Center, same time, same place as Sunday. This is the second of four practices open to the public this week. The complete schedule for the week ahead looks like this:

- Monday, July 30, 3:30 p.m.

- Tuesday, July 31, 3:30 p.m.

- Friday, August 3, 3:30 p.m.

- SCRIMMAGE: Saturday, August 4, 12:30 p.m., at the Edward Jones Dome

Saturday's scrimmage is going to have all kinds of things for fans; it is literally the FanFest, so be sure to head out there and check it out. It is open to the public, a change in that it was originally scheduled to be for season ticket holders only.
