The Rams have a lot of names at outside linebacker, and former Washinton Redskins outside linebacker Rocky Mcintosh could be another name added to the list..
According to Jim Thomas, the Rams worked out Rocky Mcintosh this morning. Rocky did individual workouts for Fisher.
Last season, Rocky was benched for Perry Riley. The rest of the season he spent as a reserve linebacker and special teams player. Hist stats for last season were 65 tackles and 1 sack. In 2010, Rocky had 110 tackles, and 2 sacks. Rocky was a 3-4 linebacker in 2010 and 2011, but the years before that he was an 4-3 outside linebacker.
If the Rams sign Rocky, it will help improve their weakest position on the defense. He might not be a great player, but it's a good chance that he will be a starter here.
A quick folo on LB Rocky McIntosh's visit with Rams. Jeff Fisher liked his workout and the Rams would like to get something done w/him.
