LSU defensive tackle Michael Brockers was once the hottest name going among prospects in the 2012 NFL Draft. Since the Combine, his draft stock has cooled a little bit as teams and pundits wonder about his overall polish and readiness as an elite interior pass rusher.

For a time, some considered Brockers a possible pick for the St. Louis Rams in the sixth spot. Jeff Fisher certainly has a history of taking defensive players in the opening round of the draft, and pass rushers are always at a premium. Adding to the equation for the Rams is a need in the middle of their defensive line, someone to pair with high-profile free agent addition Kendall Langford.

After the jump, check out a video scouting report on Brockers. It's a solid piece that should provoke some discussion among fans.

So, what do you think of Brockers? Still an outside shot for the sixth pick?
