Stop what you are doing. NFL Draft guru Mel Kiper of ESPN has come down from the perfectly coiffed heavens to offer his latest and greatest 2012 NFL Mock Draft. And what does the great one predict for the St. Louis Rams?

Kiper does not do trades in his ESPN mock drafts, which makes this pick stand out that much more.
Justin Blackmon, WR, Oklahoma State
Go ahead and put a big asterisk here, because I think this pick will be taken (most likely) by the Browns, with the Redskins also right there. The Browns can do a little more in terms of draft compensation all things being equal, but if Dan Snyder really wants his man, I'd never assume he'd come in second in a bidding war. Blackmon we know could fit with the Rams, even if they draft at No. 4 or No. 6, just based on how the picks could line up.
Would Jeff Fisher really draft Justin Blackmon over Morris Claiborne if the Rams have the fourth pick? I highly doubt it.
Listen, I think Blackmon will be a solid NFL wide receiver, but Claiborne is the better pick in that spot. Besides, Fisher has a history of picking defensive backs in the first round. This is a deep class of second-tier wide receivers, and the Rams could grab someone like Marvin Jones or Stephen Hill later in the draft.
