The St. Louis Rams brought in free agent quarterback and former first-round pick Brady Quinn on Thursday as the team continued its search for a backup to Sam Bradford. Notre Dame fans in the St. Louis area might not want to get their hopes up, according to Mike Klis of the Denver Post.
QB Brady Quinn visited with Rams but probably not going to happen. He's talking to other teams, including Broncos.. On hold for now.

Quinn threw passes to former Giants and Eagles wide receiver Steve Smith, in for a free agent visit himself. He was not the only backup quarterback in the house.
Shaun Hill of the Lions visited Rams Park as well on Thursday. In terms of a better backup, Hill would be a better choice for the Rams, based on some solid work in relief of Matt Stafford for most of the 2010 season.
Jason Campbell got a call as soon as free agency started, but he quickly signed a one-year, $3.5 million contract. Kellen Clemens is another option for the Rams.
