Rams vs. Buccaneers, inactives: St. Louis sits Steve Smith ... again

Inactives for the St. Louis Rams and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as the two teams are set to face off in Raymond James Stadium at 1 p.m. EST on Sunday.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are eliminated from post-season play in 2012 but the St. Louis Rams are technically still alive, even though they would need a lot of help to get into the playoffs. This makes the last two games on their 2012 schedule extremely important to win due to the fact that a single loss will likely eliminate them as well.

The Rams are relatively healthy heading into Week 16 in Tampa Bay. They will be without quarterback Austin Davis and running back Terrance Ganaway in Week 16. Those two will be joined on the sidelines by defensive tackle Matt Conrath, offensive tackle Joe Barksdale, wide receiver Steve Smith, tight end Cory Harkey and linebacker Sammy Brown.

The Buccaneers will be without cornerback LeQuan Lewis and running back Michael Smith. They will be joined by offensive lineman Roger Allen, wide receiver Chris Owusu, wide receiver David Douglas, defensive tackle Corvey Irvin and defensive tackle Matthew Masifilo.

The Rams are set to take on the Buccaneers at 1 p.m. EST in Raymond James Stadium in a game the Rams must win to keep their playoff dreams alive.
