The Buccaneers and the Rams have something in common

"He has all the tools," Fisher said. "It's not easy to play the position week in and week out, especially when you face some defenses you're not used to seeing. But he's a very talented athlete and quarterback who makes good decisions. So there's really no need for frustration.''

Yes, he's talking about a quarterback, a quarterback that has shown flashes of his tremendous potential even though his team has mostly struggled since taking him in the first round of the NFL Draft.

Fisher's talking about Josh Freeman, the Buccaneers quarterback. Fans in Tampa Bay have despaired over the struggles of their talented quarterback too. In his second season, he led the team to an improbable 10-6 record, before struggling the year after.

The Bucs have been better this year, but Freeman's numbers have declined. He's completing less than 60 percent of his passes this season for the first time since his rookie year in 2009. He's already matched his career-high in touchdowns, with 25, but the rest of his numbers are just so-so.

Oh, his front office also spent big to bring in wide receiver (Vincent Jackson) and offensive line help.
