Are these the most monumental games in terms of the college football landscape? Certainly not. And most of those juniors and redshirt sophomores will stay in school. But those are 35 names to track that are going to likely have some level of impact at the NFL level. And if you're reading this, well that suggests you care enough to have a look.
On to the big game of the day.
#2 Alabama at #3 Georgia (4:00 p.m., CBS)
SEC Championship between Bama and the Dawgs? This is far too much SEC for one game. All eyes are going to be on the Georgia Dome today as the winner here will head to Miami in early January to face Notre Dame in the BCS Championship. With those stakes at hand, this is premium scouting.
For Alabama alone, you've got nine players who could all be gone by the time round 4 kicks off the third day of the 2013 NFL Draft: G Chance Warmack, CB Dee Milliner, DT Jesse Williams, OLB C.J. Mosley, C/G Barrett Jones, RT D.J. Fluker, RB Eddie Lacy, SS Robert Lester and LB Nico Johnson. That's silly. For Georgia, plenty of NFL fans will definitely be eying QB Aaron Murray and mammoth DT John Jenkins. Rams fans need to get looks on OLB Jarvis Jones and FS Bacarri Rambo.
Drop your thoughts and observations off here throughout the early action. And here are your draft notes from Mocking the Draft for the SEC and ACC Championships.
