Rams vs. Cardinals inactives: Danny Amendola will play

After being listed as doubtful on the injury report, St. Louis Rams wide receiver Danny Amendola is ready to play on Sunday.

Scott Kane-US PRESSWIRE

Just a couple hours before Sunday's game between the St. Louis Rams and Arizona Cardinals, Rams fans everywhere were able to breathe a sigh of relief when it was reported that wide receiver Danny Amendola would play.

The wide receiver returned form a collarbone injury just two weeks ago, but injured his foot against the Jets last week. He was listed as doubtful up through yesterday.

Not everyone for St. Louis, however, was quite as lucky. The full list of Rams inactives, via the team's Twitter:

#Rams inactives: QB Austin Davis, WR Steve Smith, RB Terrance Ganaway, LB Mario Haggan, OL Chris Williams, T Joe Barksdale, DT Matt Conrath.

As expected, the Arizona Cardinals are still without quarterback Kevin Kolb this week -- the biggest name on their inactives list. Kolb's rib injury could sideline him for several more weeks, giving backup quarterback Ryan Lindley a shot at proving himself in an increased role.

The complete list of Cardinals inactives can be found here:

#Cardinals inactives:QB Kevin Kolb, RB Alphonso Smith, G Senio Kelemete, T Pat McQuistan, WR Early Doucet, TE Todd Heap, DE Calais Campbell.

The game will kick off at 4:25 p.m. ET from Glendale, Ariz.
