This game has few interesting season ramifications to it, but there's the off chance we could see two underachieving teams spark too. Phillip Rivers has struggled lately, and Matt Cassell has been terrible. Just how bad is the Chiefs' QB problem? Cassell is only starting because Brady Quinn can't start.. Eeeew!
