Fantasy Football is alive and well here at Turf Show Times. The playoffs this year have been wild and woolly so far. Denver beating the Pittsburgh Steelers has to be the playoff story to date. Can they go into Foxborough and beat a Patriots team that earlier in the season absolutely drubbed them? I think the game that has a bit of mystery to it is the Baltimore Ravens - Houston Texans match up. The Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco will lead a team that has had more peaks and valleys than the Alps.
Last week was a challenge for all the teams, in that we had to field a team of lower draft picks due to the wild card nature of the scheduled games. This week, the top draft choices will take the field, so Mike D's minor setback last week should be completely erased. Ryan's team was led by a Demarius Thomas and Adrian Foster, who both had huge games. Team TST did well, but lost Calvin (Megatron) Johnson when the Detroit Lions lost to New Orleans. He'll be replaced in the line up this week by the Patriots Wes Welker. Sergey606 is stepping up this week to set the Team TST roster, and it looks like he's picked winners. Brick Top had a rough week, losing eleven players from his roster to team losses.
