Can anyone else believe how fast this week has gone by? The Rams are only two days away from playing the Ravens at home. Just yesterday it seems like I was watching Monday Night Football. The Rams had a shorter week to practice because of the Monday Night Game. We'll see if it effects them on Sunday. On to the links.
Jackson still a game time decision
Steven Jackson is still going to be a game time decision Sunday. He has done all the physical test other than the 40 yard dash. He seems like he is more likely to play this week, but I still wouldn't count on it. His backup Cadillac William still hasn't practiced this week, though he is expected to be ready to go on Sunday.
Blecher Report provided five keys for the Rams to get back on track against the Ravens. Key 1 is to use Mike Sims-Walker more, saying his production is too low (7 catches 97 yards). I think they forgot he was covered by Nnamdi Asomugha in week one and had a good game on Monday. Key 2 was to cause more turnovers on defense. the Rams have 2 turnovers this season both caused by Mikell. For the rest of the keys click the link.
Injury Report from footballnewsnow.com
Ravens- Terrance Cody passed his concussion test likely to play. Dominique Foxworth isn't 100%, but it seems like he will still play. Rookie CB Jimmy Smith is out for this week with a high ankle sprain. Lee Evan wasn't able to practice Thursday and if Harbaugh doesn't want to play him until he is 100%, he won't play Sunday. Also Ben Grubbs (G) and David Reed (WR) didn't practice yesterday.
Rams- Danny Amendola did not practice yesterday and he seems likely to be out with his dislocated elbow still needing more time to heal. Cadillac Williams and Steven Jackson were mentioned before. CJ Ah You, Michael Hoomanawanui, and Ben Leber were limited in practice Thursday. Greg Salas also returned to practice.
That's all for today. Have a good one and GO RAMS!!!!!
