The St. Louis Rams return to practice today after a Monday rest. The practice at 2:30 p.m. is open to the public. If you do plan on heading out to practice, you may need something to talk about on the sidelines with your chums. We have just thing, a smattering of head lines to make you the most knowledgeable bloke practice. Read these, learn this stuff and you can be either a resource for the conversation or the guy that acts like a know-it-all jerk. Don't be that guy.

The Rams 2011 free agent class
Fans exasperated by the Rams' free agent decisions in the past have nothing to complain about this year. The Rams added 11 free agents from other teams, the largest group ever. Five of those players figure to start, and it could be six. Eight of those players have one-year contracts.

Someone's collecting these guys at Rams Park. Demarco Cosby, an H-back/tight end from the University of Central Missouri, agreed to terms with the Rams late Monday.
