This week, the TST crew jumps in the time machine and looks back at the stat predictions we made a year ago. So today I'm looking at Michael Hoomanawanui's stats from the 2010 season.
His 2010 stats were: 8 games played, 13 receptions, 146 yards, and 3 TDs.
Most of the people who participated in the game last year for Uh-Oh were way off. Part of this was he only played in 8 games due to injury, but a lot of it was people were expecting too much from a 5th round rookie TE. In fairness, when he was healthy he played like a 2nd round TE, showing soft hands and great speed for his size. It will be exciting to see what he can do in the 2 TE offense this year.
One man StopSte, almost won the game in every category. He had 2 TDs instead of 3, only one off! He even said that Mike would miss games, but he guessed too many. He said that Mike would be out for the year after week 3, but clearly StopSte won this round.
Here's the results.
Actual Stats | Closest Prediction |
13 rec | 12 rec (StopSte) |
3 TDs | 3 TDs (VanRam, stlcardsfan4) |
146 yards | 134 yards (StopSte) |
StopSte, with the power invested in me by the managers of TST, I hereby declare you the winner of the 2010 prediction game of Michael Hoomanawanui's stats. You may now gloat to all your friends.
