NFL Fullback Heath Evans Says He Uses Controversial SWATS Spray
Another player admits to using the same deer antler spray (deer antler?) that got Rams LB David Vobora suspended for four games in 2009. However, the maker of the spray says that it does not contain the substance that Vobora tested positive for, methyltestosterone.

2011 St. Louis Rams Father & Kids Experience
The Rams are teaming with All Pro Dads for a pretty cool event tomorrow at the Russell Training Center. The cost is $15. Check it out if you're in the St. Louis area.
