St. Louis Rams fan confidence poll: The great leap forward

Alright, you've had plenty of time to think about it. The current leadership of the St. Louis Rams has had two NFL drafts to put their imprint on the franchise. That's not a helluva lot of time considering the state of disrepair the team was in when Billy Devaney was made general manager and Steve Spagnuolo become head coach.

You can maybe squeeze in 2008, a third year. Billy Devaney was hired to help the Rams with draft that year, so they get a little bit of that on their resume. Jay Zygmunt and Scott Linehan were also part of that draft too. And it wasn't, really, a bad effort all things considered.

Now, we're three weeks away from a another draft, a third draft for the current administration and a fourth for the thread. Rebuilding isn't an easy process by any means, but the pieces the Rams needed to put in place were pretty clear, e.g. a quarterback, left tackle, middle linebacker, etc. The work shifts a little bit this year to adding the right mix of talent around those building blocks, and finding the depth to survive injuries.

So, let me ask you, Rams fans, how confident are you in the direction of this franchise? How confident are you in their ability to do the right thing in the 2011 NFL Draft?
