Hey everybody!! This will probably be my last post before Christmas, so I wanted to take the time to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Maybe the Rams can give us an early Christmas present tomorrow. :)
Sam Bradford is very doubtful for tomorrow's game. Kellen Clemens will make his second start of the season for the Rams baring any huge surprises. Clemens played well in his first start considering that he was brand new to the team, but now facing the number on defense in the NFL, don't expect the same level of play.
Colts win again....but still hold number 1 pick
The Colts won their second game yesterday, tying them with the Rams and Vikings for the least amount of wins. They still hold the number one pick by strength of schedule, but at the end of the year, that can change. As of now the Rams would still picked third, but if they Colts could beat the Jaguars in the season finale, they will pick second.
Austin Pettis suspended for 4 games
If you don't know by now, Rams' rookie WR Austin Pettis was suspended for four games for violating the league substance abuse policy. He tested positive for PEDs. What he took exactly is still an unknown. This leaves the Rams with only two rookies left, Robert Quinn and Lance Kendricks.
Steven Jackson closing in on 1,000 yards
Jackson only needs 34 more rushing yards to get to 1,000 for the seventh strait year. He would make him the seventh running back to do so. What most impressive about this feat for Steven is that he has played on horrible teams without much support for him.
That's all for today. Have a Merry Christmas and GO RAMS!!
