Just one day after Thanksgiving, we have some great college games that every scout should be thankful for.
I've added one from the early slate to this week's watchlist: Iowa-Nebraska (12pm ET, ABC). It's the kind of conference game that holds heavily for Big Ten heads, but nothing in terms of national championship implications. Perfect for scouting.
As you can see from the watchlist, there's around a half dozen serious round 1&2 candidates, including a trio from Nebraska's D-line: DE Cameron Meredith, DT Jared Crick (who's out for the year) and the versatile Baker Steinkuhler, my early mock selection for the Rams in the 2nd round.
On ESPN2, Louisville and S. Florida are wrapping up the first half, and if you haven't seen Louisville C Mario Benavides, you might want to give him a look today.
I'll try to squeeze LSU & Arkansas into the watchlist before the game starts. And if you didn't read Van's piece on the Rams' futures because this bumped it down, go ahead and read it now.
