TST Power Rankings Week 11

Some teams, like the Packers, know exactly what they want to do. Others, like the Ravens, aren't so sure. I think it's safe to say that the Packers will not be moving from the top slot anytime soon, barring catastrophe. On the other side of things, the RAMS ARE IN THE 20'S BABY! That's right folks. Top five pick? I don't think so!
