St. Louis Rams head coach Steve Spagnuolo is set to give his usual day-after press conference at 2 p.m. I wonder if he'll have anything to talk about today? Hopefully, he can give us a little more information about the team's plans for Brandon Lloyd, details of the deal, etc.
There is some more information that we'll be looking for in addition to the Brandon Lloyd talk. Atop the list of concerns today is a status report on left tackle Rodger Saffold, who left yesterday's game with a sprained ankle. It could potentially be a high ankle sprain, which means he would miss some time. That would leave the Rams with Adam Goldberg as their left tackle. Saffold did much better in protection yesterday, but was a penalty machine.
