The St. Louis Rams handed out some hardware yesterday. Steven Jackson was named the team's MVP, Bradford the Rookie of the Year, Oshiomogho Atogwe a leadership award and Bradley Fletcher the comeback player.
Assistant strength coach Chuck Faucette is out at Rams Park. Faucette was a 2008 hire. Last year, the Rams hired Rock Gullickson as their head strength and conditioning coach, with some controversy. The Rams dealt with far fewer injuries this year than in season's past.
Devaney and his staff have started the free agent evaluation process, beginning with the Rams' own free agents. TST has covered free agency recently. Here's a quick round up:
