NFL Draft Order: Rams have the 14th pick

The 2010 season is over for the St. Louis Rams, yesterday's loss sends them home for the year. Now begins what should be a busy offseason for Rams GM Billy Devaney and the front office.

For fans, it also means we can start to turn our attention to the 2011 NFL Draft. The Rams' loss gives them the 14th overall pick in this year's draft. That should expand the draft conversation some this year as picking in the middle isn't quite as clear cut as another first or second pick would be. It's hard to imagine the Rams not ending the month April with a bona fide No. 1 wide receiver in the mix, but there will be plenty to talk about between now and then.

Useless fact of the day, the last time the Rams picked lower than 2nd overall in the draft, 2007, they had the 14th overall pick, which they used on Adam Carriker. Things are different now.
