Wednesday practice notes

  Just a quick round up of some post-practice ripples in Rams pond.

  Uh-Oh / Illinois Mike / Illini Mike / Mike Hoomanawanui got in some limited work for the first time since spraining his ankle in the Denver game, Nov. 28.  Bill Coats, from the P-D, was ahead of this one this morning and noted that one of the most valuable aspects of having Hoomanawanui healthy is his ability to line up at fullback.

  Also, the Rams bumped Curtis Johnson up to the active roster today.  Johnson has played for the Colts and Cowboys in seasons past.

  That seems like everything.  Keep an eye on Chris Long and Kenneth Darby's lingering injuries as Sunday nears.

  And I guess this is as good a place as any to link the Rex Ryan's wife foot fetish story.  Dumbest story ever.  Completely irrelevant.  And yet I feel like I have to mention it.  Why, oh why...
