Not much so far on the free agent front for the Rams.
The Seahawks have tendered a sixth round contract to DT Craig Terrill, meaning that if/when another team signs him they give Seattle a sixth round pick as compensation.
That's a pretty good deal and would make Terrill an inexpensive option, so inexpensive in fact, that if he turns out to be a bust nothing much was lost. I still like the idea of signing Terrill as a capable part of the DT rotation, especially since he's effective against the run.
