Brad Childress unlikely to be Rams next offensive coordinator; Pat Shurmur to Cleveland almost done

I can only assume that if he spent 10 years as Andy Reid's assistant his offensive philosophy is going to be similar. I would expect a pass first offense based on spreading the ball around to different guys. An emphasis on screens and throwing to the backs our of the backfield. Expect to see the offensive line being asked to be more mobile. The Eagles like to pull their guards a lot and get them out in front of plays. He seems like a good guy that has more than earned this chance. He and Spags are obviously close, which is important. Both guys are used to winning and clearly have a winning attitude. Obviously it's always a little nervy when you've got a first time head coach with what looks like will be 2 first time coordinators... but at the same time there's lots of potential there. It certainly seems like you guys have lots be positive about.
