Bernie Miklasz now says that the likelihood of the Rams drafting Glenn Dorsey is "closer to 80 percent now."

Again, that the Rams would like to draft Dorsey is not in question. But it's also to their advantage to sounds certain in their position as teams interested in Dorsey will likely be more apt to make legitimate offers to move up to #2, and since the Rams can't start negotiations with their pick ahead of the draft, they have a duty to listen to and consider any reasonable offers that might come along - emphasis on the "might" - that's just smart management to keep all options open.
