Rams starting wide receiver Danny Amendola reportedly has a broken collarbone.

St. Louis Rams wide receiver Danny Amendola left Thursday night's game against the Arizona Cardinals midway through the second quarter after landing on his shoulder when making a catch.

Amendola was quickly ushered off to the locker room, where he unleashed his frustration on his helmet, for a further look. Per team reports, he has a broken collarbone.

The typical recovery time from for a broken collarbone is four to six weeks, and this is a big blow to the Rams' offense. Coming into Thursday's game, Amendola had 31 receptions, which was good enough for second in the NFL. He also had a pair of touchdowns while averaging 11.3 yards per catch.

He had caught one pass for 44 yards against the Cardinals before being injured. Amendola was also the team's primary punt returner.

The receiving game suffered without Amendola as quarterback Sam Bradford completed just 7-of-21 passes. However, the Rams were able to pull out the win over the Cardinals.
