Turf Show Radio, 11/4: A very special episode

James Butler is stunned...stunned by the things he learned on tonight's Turf Show Radio.

I think I can safely say that tonight was the mother of all Turf Show Radio episodes. 3k and myself thoroughly parsed the St. Louis Rams 2009 season, and when we were through with that, it was time to talk...you know it, you love it, you can't live without it, the draft. We covered everything from questions about Marc Bulger's future, immediate and long term, Steven Jackson, Chris Long to the ideal 1st, 2nd, 3rd rounds for the Rams...covered it like a cornerback on Tim Carter.

An hour and half of action packed, non-stop Rams talk. That's a lot of hubris, but it's really that good...or informative at least. (There was one site flaw in that we didn't run live streaming thanks to the Podcast service, or AT&T DSL and for that we apologize).

Turf Show Radio, 10/7: The H1N1 episode

Tsr_logo_medium

Swine flu take you out of action?  Don't feel bad.  It got VanRam too!  Actually, he's just attending some kind of seminar, but that's the kind of sensational lead traditional news organizations love.

Well to take your mind off of those H1N1 blues, you've always got Turf Show Radio, every Wednesday at 7pm CST.  Tonight's show, just like every other episode, is the perfect one to call in for.  Just call 347-945-5845 from 7:00-7:45 CST, and jump in.

We'll revisit the Niners game, look ahead to Minnesota, yak up today's WR action at the pro and college levels leading to another college preview with a dose of Rush Limbaugh.  We may have a special guest join me to fill the airwaves with Rammy goodness, but I haven't gotten a confirmation from him, so we'll see.

As always, feel free to throw out any topics you'd like to hear in tonight's program, and I'll get to them on air; however, if I say something stupid, you'll need to call in to prove to the world how dumb I am!  Turf Show Radio - the only show that's 100% Rams.

Turf Show Radio, 9/30: Where do we go from here?

Tsr_logo_medium

Another Wednesday, another episode (link) of Turf Show Radio.  Special guests this week: author Gore Vidal and ex-Vikings QB Fran Tarkenton.  What's that?  They've both cancelled to do Jim Rome?!  Damn you Rome!

Well, you can always fill the void left by Vidal and Tarkenton (or as I call them, Vidarkenton) by calling 347-945-5845.  We'll be on air from 7:00-7:45 CST and then have a quick overtime period, so be sure to tune in.  Rumor has it Francis G. Slay, the mayor of the Lou, is an avid listener.

If you have a topic or a question you want to hear on air, use this as an open thread for all things TSR.  I have a feeling Hollis Thomas is going to have a big week...  The show is below the jump and should be playable around 8:15 CST or so.

Turf Show Radio, 9/9: week one preview

Tsr_logo_medium
Another edition of Turf Show Radio is in the books.

This week, we previewed the St. Louis Rams season opener against the Seattle Seahawks, talked about Marc Bulger's pinkie, and so much more. And of course, we got 3k's college football preview.

Give it a listen.

Turf Show Radio, in case you missed it

If you didn't catch Turf Show Radio last night, no worries. You can listen to it now...as many times as you like!

On the show last night VTramsFan called in we talked Tye Hill and the change in attitude that's come with the change in regimes at Rams Park - in short, we like it. We also answered some questions sent in earlier and covered the position battles that remain to be settled.

And as a bonus, 3k gave us his unofficial college football preview, worth the price of admission itself.

Enjoy the show. We'll be on the air next week, same time, same place, recapping preseason and getting ready for the Rams opener.
