Yikes. Just a quick note for thought: DE Aaron Maybin, the Bills top draft pick in the '09 draft has 6 tackles through 9 games. Detroit TE Brandon Pettigrew, who I consisently mocked to Buffalo, has 23 receptions for 262 yards so far. Yikes.

A Rams source has confirmed the team will sign wide receiver Jordan Kent this afternoon to replace the injured Keenan Burton.
Kent (6'4, 219) played in nine games, with one start, for Seattle last season but has no career receptions. He did have three special teams tackles.

The Rams have been waiting for former first-round pick Chris Long to have a good game, and Sunday he played well. Long had been rushing from the inside at tackle, but he moved out to end and was effective, getting a sack and two hits on Drew Brees.

That's from Michael Lombardi at the National Football Post. I haven't seen Long inside at DT much, but Spags does move around his front four.
