The time is now

After another disappointing loss, this time too the New Orleans Saints, no, check that, after a disappointing ASS kicking! By the Saints I had to look back at the hiring of Jeff Fisher and just wonder WTH went wrong? I remember fondly us Rams fans were excited about Fisher being hired on after month long courtships and competition from the Dolphins for his services. When he came aboard, we fans were getting messages, Fanposts, and comments from Tennessee Titans fans saying how the Rams screwed up in hiring Jeff Fisher, they pointed out his W/L record, along with his Playoff record before they fired him.

Of course at the time we chose a deaf ear too all that because we were all excited too see a 'fresh" ( old ) familiar face in Fisher, a guy who took the Titans too a SB himself and we were excited about the possibilities. Fast forward, We all know the story already about the "Blockbuster!" trade that netted us the Lottery, and Fisher/Snead went to work. All those Draft picks, the two 1st rounder's in particular, Fisher/Snead rebuilt this team from scratch with 1st-2nd round talent...we were on our way! Well, fast forward again too present day, and it STILL hasn't happened ( playoff's) 5 yrs into there "plan" Fisher and Snead has yet too field a playoff caliber team, soo it seemed.

Fisher is the master with the media, and the media loves him back dearly! He has numerous friends in the media hence the "good ole' boy" attitude the media displays when they interview Jeff Fisher, both in St. Louis where he basically got away with murder, and now in L.A. He is the master manipulator at deflecting blame from himself too other's whether it's other coaches or players, NOTHING was Jeff Fisher's fault! "He "knows what he's doing!" remember?

Ok, now too my point, it's time Rams fans ( you listening Mr. Kroenke? ), it's time to part ways with the now all-time losingest coach in NFL History! Bad enough he's the highest paid coach in the League as well making $7 mil per season, making $400,000 more than 4 time SB winner in Bill Belichick, and roughly $2.5 mil more than the rest of the coaches in the NFL average. We all have been pinning for other HC's and put out some names and resumes...well I'm about too put my request in tonight. My request for the next Los Angeles Rams Head Coaching position go's too...

Mr. Tom Coughlin, this guy is a winner in every sense of the word IMO. Look back at his resume starting when he was the 1st ever inaugural coach for the Jacksonville Jaguars. From 1995-2002 Coughlin took these "young" Jaguars too FOUR Playoff appearances and TWO AFC Championship gm's in 9 yrs. He's from the a Bill Parcells coaching tree, coaching the WR's when the Giants won the SB against the Bills. Coughlin's resume speaks for itself, he's a no nonsense coach who DEMANDED respect from you, and expected nothing else buy all out effort from you as well if you were a Giant. Yes, all the stories came out from Michael Strahan too Just Tuck, all saying they couldn't stand Tom Coughlin!! "He was an asshole!" from Strahan's mouth, and they butted heads for sure, but! They all won together.

Tom Coughlin has taken the Giants too 2 Super Bowls in 12 yrs and both times beat the seemingly "Invincible" New England Patriots, a one time undefeated Patriots team mind you. Listen too what Justin Tuck said in the 1st part of his speech about Coughlin...

Hear when he tells the new Coach " Don't be a players friend" ( Fisher way ) or " We were always prepared" ( Fisher's not ) that is what I want from our Rams FO too get somebody too instill all that, that Tuck mentioned. That's why "I" want Tom Coughlin, and I hear he's been "open" too offers, soo C'mon Kroenke, do what you need too do, clean out the cancer from top to bottom and get some new blood in here with new ideas...The time is now.
