Polian Pre-Draft Questions

We did this last year, and I figured it would be great to bring back, especially with the draft looking so uncertain.

I was listening to The Herd with Colin Cowherd last year before the draft (a rare occurrence), and he brought Bill Polian in to talk about the draft. He talked about how he managed the process of analyzing prospects. It was pretty insightful to see how easy it can be to communicate how you feel about a few players:

... We would bring the senior scouts back in, and show them the board and say 'Who's up there that you don't like, that you hate... and who should be up there? And then third, who do you want on this football team? You have one choice, who do you want on this football team." So we'd go back around again and let them have the last word just so to be sure that the head coach and I and the assistant GM aren't being carried away by our own voices...

So let's try this out, shall we? He asks 3 questions, and we can use the list of prospects that have visited with the Rams, via WalterFootball. (Although I hate crediting him with anything). Here's the list, and the 3 questions are down below as a reminder:
