Draft Day is a real movie with Kevin Costner as a Cleveland Browns exec trying to rescue his team's sagging fortunes by hitting it big in the NFL Draft. In other words, it's only slightly more exciting than watching the real Browns. But the Hollywood marketing machine is hard at work to polish this turd with all kinds of promotions aimed at NFL fans.
This apparently includes making Robert Quinn, Rodger Saffold and a few other players from the St. Louis Rams take in an early screening and pose awkwardly in front of lobby cards.
Don't they look like they're having fun?
"I loved it. It was better than CATS. I'm going to see it again and again."
Robert Quinn points out the movie's considerable, ahem, asset.
If you're on the fence about the movie, PFT Commenter's review comes out tomorrow.
