The NFL Draft kicks off in 23 days. It couldn't come fast enough for most Rams fans. After viewing hundreds of mock drafts, sifting through all the smokescreens, and learning about 7,832 college players, everyone's ready for the real action to begin! Why did the NFL move the draft to May?!

Points Per Play Differential measures the margin between a team's points per play generated and the points per play against. It gives a measure of how a team's effectiveness at putting up points on a per play basis compares to how that team prevents points from being put up against them on a per play basis. Of the 13 teams who made the playoffs/won 10 games in 2013, 11 of them ranked in the top dozen in this statistical measure. The Rams ranked 16th for the 2013 season.
