Amidst all the trade talk for the #2 pick, I can't help but feel like that people are forgetting the #13 pick. I wouldn't be shocked to hear that come Draft day that the #13 pick is in higher demand than the #2 pick. You might be wondering how that is possible. Well, a team like Baltimore or Miami might want their first shot at the Safety class. The Bears have a need at Safety and so does Dallas. One of theses teams could feel pressured into trading up to grab one of the top Safeties. In a similar situation, the New York Jets might want to make a splash and help out their incumbent QB, Geno Smith, and/or Vick, by jumping up to grab a big WR in Mike Evans. Maybe a division foe, the Arizona Cardinals might want to keep bolstering that offensive line by getting their hands on one of the top Tackles in the Draft.
These are the main four teams I see as potential trade partners for the #13 pick. This trade down would allow the Rams to gain additional draft picks and get more value for a guy like Aaron Donald or Zach Martin. You definitely can't put it past Snead to make moves all of the Draft board. A stock pile of picks could allow the Rams to move up in later rounds to grab players. The Rams arguably don't have as many holes as they have had in recent years, but the Rams are in need of depth and competition. With the lack of incentive in Free Agency, the Rams will definitely be looking to add the depth and the competition through the Draft this year. Also picking up picks in future drafts wouldn't hurt either.
