Double Dipping

Lets be honest, we all know that one person who always double dips and ruins the salsa or dipping sauce of your choice, but there comes a time when double dipping is acceptable. I think it is a good strategy to use double dipping on Draft Day, not on the cheese dip you are sharing with you friends at your draft party, but by Les Snead on a certain position of need. The St. Louis Rams will have at least 9 draft pick come May 8th making it extremely likely that Snead will continue to double dip at a position like he has in previous drafts. 2012, Snead chose two RBs and two DBs. Pead and Richardson haven't exactly panned out how Snead might have planned, but I think its fair to say that Jenkins and Tru have been success thus far (although I admit they need some work). 2013, Snead brought us two WRs from WVU in Tavon and Stedman. So my question is... What position will Snead and the Rams double dip their hands into this year?

I think some obvious choices would be offensive tackle and offensive guard. Guard is a definite need especially depth, even with the signing of Saffold. Depth is needed at offensive tackle too, but another position that I think Snead could use multiple picks on is defensive tackle. The Rams are in need of depth, and Kendall Langford's cap hit won't be getting any smaller next year. I am honestly a fan of Langford and hope he remains in St. Louis, but not at a 7 million dollar cap hit next season. Even a 6 million dollar cap hit this season is a stretch for his production. The Rams need a third defensive tackle to rotate in and give Langford and Brockers a breather. The Rams could also use a pass rushing threat up the middle too. St. Louis has been bringing in veteran d-lineman, but none of those visits has seemed fruitful. The Rams could draft a DT that is ready to step in and produce in a rotational role next year for the Rams, and Snead could take a project player later in the draft to develop in the case the Rams decide to part ways with Langford after the 2014 season.

What positions do you think the Rams should "Double Dip" into on Draft weekend?
