I spent some time and money to chart the 2013 regular season grades from Pro Football Focus (subscription required) on every player if they were in the data base. I then used this information and some mitigating factors like, cap hit, leadership, etc. to come up with my own idea of who I would keep and who gets flushed.
If nothing else you might like seeing how the players on the Rams graded out. The scale works like you would expect. A Zero would be an average play with an average result that would be expected. Anything positive is better than average and of course the opposite is true with getting a negative number.
If you want more information on how they score players you can check it out at PFF Grading.

I would want one new backup QB, no running backs except Stacy and Pead, with a wide receiver or two just for fun. All the rest of our picks and UDFA should go to beefing up the O-Line and weak secondary.
That’s the way I look at it, how about you?
