Ok, so as far as I have read, EVERYONE (except S.B. haters) agrees that we should trade down. Clearly pillaging the Browns for their 2 firsts this year and next and the next 3 drafts (too much?) Would be SWEET but I don't think Lombardi is that dumb. From what I have seen of him on NFL Network before he got the worst G.M. job in the league, he is not a dumb man. Can we get a first and second this year and MAYBE a 1 or 2 next? Probably! Is that worth doing? Oh yeah!
Now, what to do with those picks....
I DON'T KNOW!
I suppose if I knew exactly what to do then I would be making much more $$$ than I do now! Having said that, here are my newest thoughts... I think we are
in a situation that it is not a matter of IF we are going to trade but to WHO....So... Im going with the Clevland trade that nets us 1, 2, and 1 next year.... then I see us moving back a bit in rnd 1 with our 13 pick. So, Sammy Watkins come on down to the St. Lou and help a brother (SB) out! Next up... we may reach a bit but Fish needs some o-line help... so depending on
if one of the big tackles (who the Rams think can play guard) is still there or if they go to one of the top 2 bigass guards, I really think that the FO can not ignore the line much longer. Now, we give SB a reciever who seemingly can get open or like all good recievers is open even when they are covered. Our line has 1 more piece AND we have two top half of
the 2nd rnd and a another 2nd from the trade down
We could be adding decent depth or possible starter
