Four East/West Bowl Prospects in the Ram's Eyes

East/West practices have been heating up, and according to WalterFootball, the Rams are very active in scouting potential players. As of 1/16, here are some of the names and any highlights available on those being scouted:

Sean Parker, S, Washington- 5'10", 195 lbs. Honorable Mention All-PAC12 in 2012, elected team's defensive captain in 2012... in 2013, 60 tackles, including the team's "Big Hit" award, 4 INT, and 3 DEFL. No off-the-field red flags, very instinctive player, a physical safety that's good in run support, but is undersized. Best play last year? 23 yard INT against Colorado: http://espn.go.com/video/clip?id=9954274

Max Bullough, ILB, Michigan State- 6'3", 245 lbs.
Two-time team captain, third team All-American, strong student, suspended on Dec. 26th for violating team rules, so he didn't play in the Rose Bowl (If you recall, his replacement, Kyler Eisworth, made the victory-sealing tackle on that 4th-and-1 with time running down). Family bloodline of playing at Michigan State. No significant injuries, prior to his suspension, appeared in every game, with 27 starts in the past 2 seasons. 76 tackles this season. Sideline-to-sideline defender with great range, makes good angles to tackle, but should improve on wrapping up and limiting yards after contact. Had a great game against Wisconsin in 2012:

Cassius Marsh, DE, UCLA- 6'4", 268 lbs. Rams officials met twice with this prospect to set up later meetings. Never missed any playing time due to injury. Was involved in a bench-clearing altercation during the Arizona game this season. Plays with a strong passion and is strong in his pursuit. 52 tackles and 6 sacks this season, which is still impressive compared to teammate Anthony Barr (63 tackles, 10 sacks). 8 sacks and 10.5 TFL in 2012. Can get too emotional and cause personal fouls. Good hands, sheds blocks well, good swim move, decent range. Good tape in his game against Cal, including a touchdown as a TE:

Andre Hal, CB, Vanderbilt- 6'0", 186 lbs. Second-Team All-SEC this year. 14 defended passes this season, 3 interceptions. Very obviously a fluid runner, good defender, even on faster receivers (such as Donte Moncrief of Ole Miss). Clinched the BBVA Compass Bowl with an interception, returning it 29 yards to the 2 yard line: http://espn.go.com/video/clip?id=10243196
