The Rams had their final practice before they start their preseason games. There may be some bad news.
Brockers leaves field with trainer, possible elbow/arm #ramscamp— Rams 101 (@Rams_101) August 6, 2013
It doesn't sound good, but luckily it appears it might be a minor injury, and he was taken out of practice as precaution.
Brockers' elbow was not immobilized, did not appear to be in pain, more discomfort. Hope just a tweak/bump #ramscamp— Rams 101 (@Rams_101) August 6, 2013
We'll see how much he plays in the Browns game, if he is even scheduled to play as starters barely see the field in the first preseason game. It's something to keep your eye on, but I think it's just a minor injury and won't be anything to worry about.
Chris long not doing any team stuff for 2nd day in a row. Rookie rb zac stacy not practicing.— Jim Thomas (@jthom1) August 6, 2013
There was no reason given for Stacy not practicing, but I'm thinking it was for some small issue. Names are starting to add up to the injury list. Knock on the biggest piece of wood you can find Rams fans.
The Rams running back battle is getting more complicated every day. All of the RBs on the Rams roster have a place in the NFL, but how many will have a place on the Rams?
Bennie Cunningham is already an NFL caliber blocker at tailback #ramscamp— Jim Fadler (@jimiramsboy) August 6, 2013
Ganaway just broke a long one...he really is a different player when it counts #ramscamp— Jim Fadler (@jimiramsboy) August 6, 2013

It seems like Daryl Richardson is on his way to being the starter, but behind him, it's a true battle. Watching these runners play in preseason games is going to be very fun.
Torry Holt was also in attendance, and ended the day talking to the Rams two rookie wide receivers (Tavon Austin and Stedman Bailey). Are they going to be the best WR duo since Isaac Bruce and Torry Holt? Ok, I'll stop.
The Rams will be playing in their first preseason game Thursday night against the Cleveland Brown at 7:00 PM CST. Stay tuned to Turf Show Times. We will have all angles of the game covered for you.
One final note, just as soon as I was about to publish this, it was announced that Danario Alexander tore his ACL in practice. Terrible. Find all the wood you can gather and knock on it. Knock away Rams nation.
