A small part of the Greatest Show on Turf is getting back to together. The St. Louis Rams announced on Thursday that franchise legends Torry Holt and Marshall Faulk will join Andrew Siciliano in the broadcast booth for the team's preseason games this year.
This will be the third season Siciliano and Faulk have called the Rams' preseason games. Holt's first season in the mix completes the trio. Faulk and Holt will handle the color commentary, and Sciliano will take care of the play-by-play. Martin Kilcoyne of FOX 2 Sports will serve as the sideline reporter during the games.
Faulk is no stranger to television. He's a regular contributor on the NFL Network. Holt contributes to the NFL Network as well; he started in that role in 2010.
"With Torry joining Marshall and Andrew in the booth, we believe we've put together a strong team that our fans will really enjoy," Rams Vice President of Broadcasting & Creative Scott Brooks said in a press release. "In addition, the Rams Broadcasting Network captured behind-the-scenes content during the offseason that will be unveiled during the preseason broadcasts."
The Rams' preseason games in Week 1, 2, and 4 will air locally on KTVI-2 in St. Louis and on affiliate stations in five other states. The Week 3 preseason game against the Broncos will be broadcast nationally on CBS.
